Nicole & Jolon
I am really grateful for Julie, Spanish Bay's elite wedding planner, for sending me one of my favorite weddings of the season. Nicole works for Facebook and ironically she and Jolon used the social network to keep in touch after graduation.
Nicole entered the Carmel Mission wearing an exquisite Eve of Milady dress, complimented by her personally embellished white Nina's. The feather theme continued in the ballroom of the Inn at Spanish Bay. Dancing lasted until midnight fueled by the band Pop Fiction. The night came to a perfect end with Nicole and Jolon singing together on stage with the band followed by Jolon crowd-surfing, while wearing his King's crown.

Julia & Lane
Lane and Julia happened to be eating at one of my favorite restaurants Passion Fish. They noticed my On1breath underwater black and white photography adorning the walls. After a little research they found out that I photograph weddings.

Several months later I'm photographing their wedding in the Flood Mansion over looking the San Francisco Bay. Julia dressed at the Hotel Monaco, while Lane suited up across the street at the Clift. I took the wedding party to the Ferry Building for some photographs in front of the bay as well as the new retro rocket ship that was installed the week before. Everyone then headed to the Flood Mansion for the ceremony and reception with the live band Napata Mero. Lane is a graphic designer for an agency in San Francisco. I am always honored when another creative person hires me.

Lindsey & Ben
Looking like they are fresh out of a James Bond movie Lindsey & Ben are a stunning couple that had their wedding at Holman Ranch. Lindsey donned her Monique Lhuillier dress and Manolo Blahnik shoes, while Ben was getting into his suit and playing pool with his groomsmen. Following the ceremony at the Carmel Mission they sped away in a vintage Bentley back to the Ranch where the festivities went late into the night. We have been very fortunate to have five weddings at Holman Ranch this year. Two of them being the DiGrazia brothers. Perkin and Sarah's wedding from earlier this year. Check it out: Sarah & Perkin

Crystal & Andrew
Allison Weddings put together another beautiful wedding, this time at The Clement. Crystal and Andrew are a hip couple from LA whose fun attitude could be felt throughout the wedding. From the floral arrangement by Fiona Floral to the cakes by Marina of Just Cakes there was a cohesive look and feel to everything. The highlight of the reception was the incredible break-dancing, giving a nice touch to an already unique wedding.

Sarah & Perkin
Once again Holman Ranch produced a stunning wedding on a fantastic Carmel Valley day. Sarah & Perkin were a delight to work with as usual. Even though the wedding planner Erin McConnell was from out of state, she did a masterful job at coordinating the wedding. We look forward to seeing them again in August when Perkin's brother Ben gets married.

Nicole & Jeff
I would have expected nothing less creative or artistic from Nicole and Jeff's wedding, the owners of their own AD agency Burghardt + Dore.
Their colorful invitations brought friends and family to Carmel Presbyterian Church, where they were met with arms full of colorful Gerber daisies designed by noted florist Christine Cater. Before the ceremony the entire wedding party marched down Carmel's Ocean Avenue singing "Going to the Chapel".
Jeff cast adoring eyes at Nicole as she walked down the aisle in her stunning gown and punchy Manolo Blahnik Gilded shoes.
After the ceremony everyone headed to the historic Pine Inn where they were presented with a Mediterranean buffet by Il Fornaio.
